As the UK's leading independent intelligent automation and AI services provider, Robiquity had built an impressive track record helping enterprise clients transform their operations. However, their visual identity and digital presence weren't reflecting the sophistication of the solutions they were delivering to major brands. The challenge was clear: how do you make complex AI and automation concepts feel accessible to enterprise decision-makers who aren't always technical specialists? The project began with designing and building a completely new website, migrating the entire platform from WordPress to Webflow. The new site prioritises clear communication of business outcomes over technical jargon, guiding visitors to the right solution without overwhelming them with complexity. The responsive design ensures seamless performance across all devices, while the Webflow development allows for easy content updates and scalability as the business continues to grow. As the website took shape, it became evident that the existing visual identity needed to follow suit with the elevated digital experience we were creating.

This realisation led to a comprehensive overhaul of the entire visual identity system. Keeping the existing logo intact, I redesigned everything else to create a clean, professional aesthetic that builds immediate trust with audiences. The cornerstone of this new visual language became a library of 3D glass renders – abstract yet approachable representations that make intangible AI concepts feel tangible and understandable. This visual system brought the website design full circle, creating the cohesive, sophisticated presence the brand needed. To ensure consistency across every touchpoint, I developed comprehensive brand guidelines and extended the visual system across internal documents, video templates, social media assets, print collateral, and presentation decks. This cohesive approach means that whether prospects encounter Robiquity on LinkedIn, in a sales presentation, or at an industry event, they experience the same level of polish and professionalism that reflects the multi-million pound value the company delivers to its clients.
